Brain Exercise - Quick, Easy, Stimulates Creativity

To exercise your brain, switch the side of your computer’s mouse pad, in other words switch your mouse hand. If you normally move your computer mouse with your right hand, start moving it with your left. Exercising your left hand if you are right-handed increases and stimulates the neural connections between the left and right sides of your brain. Over time this increases your brain power and creativity. According to Life Hacker:

people that use both hands equally have 10% more nerve fibers joining the two sides of the brain.
